Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for all projects. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary if project scope changes or unexpected conditions are discovered during installation.

Payment terms will be outlined in your written estimate. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept various forms of payment as specified in your estimate.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or HOA approvals before installation begins. We can provide guidance and assistance with this process, but final responsibility rests with the property owner.

You must ensure that the work area is accessible and free of obstructions. This includes removing any items that could interfere with installation and ensuring our crew has clear access to the work site.

You are responsible for marking any underground utilities before we begin digging. We recommend contacting your local utility locating service at least 48 hours before your scheduled installation date.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our workmanship and provide a warranty on all labor. The specific terms and duration of the warranty will be outlined in your written estimate and invoice.

Materials are covered by manufacturer warranties. We use quality materials from reputable suppliers, and we will assist you with any warranty claims if defects occur.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover modifications or repairs made by third parties without our authorization.

Cancellation and Refunds

If you need to cancel your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms will be outlined in your contract. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has begun.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and work to reschedule at your earliest convenience.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

We carry general liability insurance to protect you and your property. Our insurance covers damage caused by our work during the installation process, subject to policy terms and conditions.

Property Damage

We take every precaution to protect your property during installation. However, some minor disturbance to landscaping or lawn areas may occur. We will restore affected areas to their original condition as much as possible.

If accidental damage occurs during installation, please notify us immediately. We will assess the damage and work with you to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns or disputes regarding our services, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly through open communication.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and resolved in the appropriate courts of Columbia County, Georgia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
